We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves performing eyelash extension applications, assisting clients at the front desk, and promoting retail products. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional, friendly environment where creativity and client satisfaction are valued.

Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable experience for clients
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Upsell retail products such as lash care kits and enhancement tools to enhance client results and satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area according to health regulations
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized consultations and follow-up care
Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends to ensure high-quality service
