Location: Toronto, North York (Opening Fall 2026), Markham (Opening Fall 2026)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent (Minimum 3 days/week)

We are seeking seasoned Family Physicians (minimum 2+ years licensed) who wish to step away from high-volume, unpredictable schedules. This is not for new graduates. We need physicians who understand rostered care and want to build a practice without administrative burdens.

The Opportunity:
Join a rapidly expanding medical group with locations across the GTA (Toronto, Oakville, Kingsway, North York, Markham). You will build a dedicated rostered practice where you truly know your patients.
During the roster build (approx. 6–12 months): You will be compensated via walk-in/AHA shifts. Once your roster is full, you enjoy a relaxed, appointment-based practice (30-min slots) with a capped panel of 600 patients.

Who we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years licensed as a Family Physician.
Experienced in locum or rostered practice (new graduates will not be considered for this role).
Holds valid CMPA malpractice insurance.
Comfortable with Accuro EMR (asset, but training available for experienced users).
Seeks stability, not volume-chasing.

New graduates, unfortunately, will not be a fit for this specific posting.
