Part-Time Opportunity

A well-established multi-disciplinary clinic in Ontario is seeking a Family Physician to join its growing medical team. With increasing patient demand and a strong local community in need of primary care services, this is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to build or expand their patient panel in a supportive and modern practice environment.

The clinic offers flexible working arrangements, modern digital systems and a collaborative team culture, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while benefiting from strong administrative support.

This role would suit a physician seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy and strong earning potential, within a well-run practice with an established patient base.

The Opportunity

You will join a respected family medicine practice providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

The clinic offers a supportive and collegial working environment, with experienced medical office assistants and clinic management in place to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Physicians have access to both in-clinic consultations and virtual care options, allowing flexibility in how patient care is delivered. Physicians can work with the clinic team to design a schedule that suits their personal and professional commitments.

There are no hospital or emergency department shift expectations associated with this role, allowing physicians to focus entirely on community-based care.

Part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling
Great salary of between $CAN250k - $CAN380k (pro-rated depending on hours worked)

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should:

Hold or be eligible for Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)
Hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Be in good standing with the relevant professional regulatory body
Demonstrate a patient-centred and collaborative approach to care

Applications from international medical graduates eligible for provisional licensure may also be considered.
