Part-Time Office Manager & Personal Trainer

Anytime Fitness Oak Ridges – Richmond Hill, ON

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven individual to join our team in a hybrid Office Manager & Personal Trainer position.

This role combines day-to-day gym operations, member service, sales, and personal training. The right candidate should be comfortable speaking with members, building relationships, generating leads, selling personal training, and developing their own client base within the gym.

Responsibilities

Office / Gym Management

Provide excellent customer service to members and prospective members
Handle membership inquiries, gym tours, sign-ups, and follow-ups
Assist with member accounts and general administrative duties
Support membership sales, retention, and member engagement
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment
Generate and follow up with fitness consultation and personal training leads
Assist with day-to-day gym operations

Personal Training & Sales

Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
Present and sell personal training services based on members' goals
Proactively generate PT leads and build your own client base
Follow up with prospective personal training clients
Develop personalized training programs
Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions
Track client progress and maintain strong client relationships
Retain and grow your personal training clientele

Personal training is a sales-driven role. Trainers are expected to actively approach members, conduct consultations, follow up with leads, sell personal training, and build and maintain their own clientele.

Requirements

Valid Personal Training Certification is required
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Comfortable approaching members and selling personal training
Motivated to actively build a PT client base
Friendly, professional, outgoing, and reliable
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
Previous gym, fitness, customer service, or sales experience is an asset
Flexible availability, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends

Compensation

Office / Management Hours: Starting at $20+ per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Personal Training: Starting at $25 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $35 per hour based on performance, sales, client growth, retention, and experience.

There is potential for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and higher earning opportunities for someone who performs well and successfully grows their personal training client base.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour depending on duties, experience, and performance

Location: Anytime Fitness Oak Ridges – Richmond Hill, ON

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 10.0 per week

Work Location: In person
