Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic FOH (Front of House) Sales & Energy Lead to drive our customer engagement and business growth initiatives. This pivotal role combines sales expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills to elevate our brand presence and foster meaningful client relationships. As a key team member, you will lead front-of-house sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and promote Rumble Boxing enthusiasm and professionalism. At Rumble, we work hard and play hard. You'll enjoy a high-energy and exciting work environment.

Main Goal

You're not here to sit behind a desk. You are here to create Energy, lead the team, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of class packs and client memberships through phone calls, email campaigns, and in-person interactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and support to help them achieve their fitness goals
Follow up with leads and potential clients in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming gym environment
Taking charge and running the private classes and corporate wellness programs (answering all inbound leads, and driving revenue through these programs and coming up with new initiatives to drive sales within these programs)
Greet and check-in clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable at our gym
Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
Answering emails, and responding to chats/ phone calls.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the energy or technology sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Demonstrated ability in account management and building long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies to promote products effectively.
Technical sales experience with an understanding of energy technologies or related fields is highly desirable.
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer interactions.
Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
