Full job description

Job Overview

We’re hiring a physically fit and reliable construction labourer. Applicants must have access to a reliable car and be legally authorized to work in Canada. Construction experience is an asset but not required.

Duties

Lift and carry construction materials and equipment.
Assist framers with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Load, unload, and organize materials at the job site.
Clean and maintain work areas.
Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Requirements

Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work.
Construction experience or knowledge of construction site safety is advantageous
Strong attention to detail for order picking and shipping & receiving tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Have access to a reliable car for transportation to job sites.
Be legally authorized to work in Canada. If you are not a Canadian citizen, you must have a valid work permit or other authorization to work.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials.
Be willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
