What you'll do
Run a tight operation
· Own day-to-day performance across foodservice, retail, and catering
· Keep standards high — quality, service, safety, and consistency, everywhere, always
· Manage budgets, labour, and weekly financial performance with confidence
· Stay hands-on. The best GMs never lose the floor.
Be the client's most trusted partner
· Own the relationship — be responsive, be proactive, and follow through every time
· Anticipate what clients need before they have to ask
· Create experiences people remember — for all the right reasons
Lead people, not just shifts
· Coach and develop your managers and frontline team
· Build a culture where accountability and respect aren't buzzwords — they're the standard
· Spot potential and help people grow into it
· Make sure your team feels supported, heard, and motivated to bring their best
Own the big moments
· Lead catering and large-scale events with confidence and calm
· Support menu planning, merchandising, and branded concepts
· Solve problems quickly — and quietly — when challenges arise
· Always be looking for ways to make the experience better
Keep the business strong
· Maintain compliance across food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards
· Manage labour and food costs without letting quality slip
· Use data and operational insights to make smarter decisions, faster

What you bring
· 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, or retail operations
· Multi-unit management experience in a branded environment
· Strong financial and operational chops — you know your P&L
· Catering and large-event experience
· A track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
· Confidence navigating labour relations and operational challenges
· Communication and relationship-building skills that actually move things forward

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per hour
