We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator & Beauty Consultant who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and helping a medical aesthetics clinic grow through excellent service, sales, and marketing support.
Position Overview
The Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator & Beauty Consultant plays a key role in daily clinic operations, client experience, and business growth. This position combines front-desk coordination, beauty consultation, client education, and marketing support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to both operational and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
As an Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator & Beauty Consultant, you will:
- Support daily aesthetic clinic operations and front-desk activities
- Greet clients and deliver a warm, professional client care experience
- Manage bookings. confirmations. follow-ups. and client inquiries
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments
- Educate clients on injectables, skincare, facials, and pre-and post-treatment care
- Assist with treatment coordination alongside the medical team
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
- Support medical aesthetics marketing initiatives and clinic promotions
- Create engaging social media and marketing content aligned with the clinic's brand
- Help plan and coordinate events, promotions, and collaborations
- Track client feedback, marketing performance, and conversion results.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Minimum 1 year experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or beauty industry
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics, skincare, injectables, and beauty services
- Professional, well-groomed, organized, and confident demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Interest or experience in social media, marketing, or promotions
