Grass Cutter Solo Crew Lead

Join our growing team!

We’re hiring reliable, hardworking team members to maintain residential lawns. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want a stable position with consistent opportunities year after year, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer

● +$5 bonus for every house completed

● Biweekly pay

● Company SUV provided to take home (for approved employees)

● Work on properties close to where you live whenever possible to reduce travel.

● Secure, recurring seasonal employment with opportunities to return each year.

● Winter work available through our winter operations for employees looking for year-round employment.

Job Responsibilities

● Mow residential lawns using a push mower.

● Trim and edge lawns for a clean, professional finish.

● Clean up grass clippings and leave each property looking its best.

● Safely operate and care for company equipment and vehicles.

● Maintain a professional attitude with customers and coworkers.

Pay Details

● Earn an additional $5 for each house completed.

● Employees are paid from the first scheduled property to the last scheduled property each workday.

● Breaks are unpaid.

● Payroll is processed every two weeks.

Requirements

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

● Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

● Able to lift, push, and operate lawn care equipment safely.

● Lawn care experience is an asset but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
