Genesis Ajax, a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a Genesis Guest Experience Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service.
As a Genesis Guest Experience Advisor, you will serve as a dedicated brand ambassador — owning each guest’s journey from their very first interaction through to vehicle delivery and long beyond. You will build lasting relationships, deliver concierge-level service, and bring the elevated world of Genesis to life for every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated concierge for each guest, owning their experience from first hello to keys in hand — and long after.

Build meaningful and lasting relationships by understanding guest needs and guiding them toward the ideal vehicle solution.

Provide concierge-style service throughout the entire ownership journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-delivery follow-up.

Serve as a Genesis brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and product knowledge.

Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations and demonstrations that highlight Genesis design, technology, and innovation.

Contribute to a showroom atmosphere that reflects the premium, design-forward world of Genesis.

Maintain a deep understanding of Genesis vehicles, features, technology, and brand standards.

Proactively follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term loyalty.

Utilize digital communication tools and CRM platforms to manage guest relationships and support the modern retail experience

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and premium guest experience at every touchpoint.

Contribute to dealership initiatives and projects that enhance the overall guest experience and brand presence.
Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, or a premium guest-facing environment preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand environment.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests.

Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Valid OMVIC license required (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council — support available for candidates in the process of obtaining this)
