Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas within the hotel.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred.
Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A background in custodial or industrial cleaning will be considered an asset.
