Who We’re Looking For:
We are searching for seasoned barbers and hairstylists with a passion for excellence. If you have 1+ years of professional experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver flawless cuts, shaves, and styling services, we want to talk to you. You should possess a deep knowledge of grooming trends, have a keen eye for detail, and have a client-first mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional grooming services, including precision cuts, shaves, beard styling, and consultations.
- Create an elevated client experience by offering expert grooming advice tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the salon.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly refining your technique and offering innovative services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and return visits.
