We’re looking for a dedicated Night Guard to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position required being comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Dog Tales is a world-renowned dog rescue and horse sanctuary set on an incredible 50 acres of green fields, rolling hills, and wooded areas in King City, Ontario. Our picturesque location - complete with kilometers of walking trails, therapy pools, and a grooming spa - is the perfect setting for abused and neglected animals to heal and be rehabilitated while they wait for forever homes. Along with medical care, our team provides all of the love, attention and training that our rescue animals need to recover from their difficult pasts, so that they can move on to permanent, loving homes, which most do. The Role
As a Night Guard, you will be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the well-being of the property and facilities.
- Monitoring property cameras.
- Monitoring the property in a vehicle and on foot.
- Animal Care- with horses, farm animals, dogs, cats.
- Feeding, medicating and checking on animals.
- Monitoring medical dogs cameras for medical emergencies
- Collecting garbages
What You Bring

- 3+ years in a security role and/or animal care role
- Valid G class driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Schedule
Shifts will be from 9pm to 7am. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
