Job Description
Position: Part-time Porter
Schedule: 30 hours bi-weekly
Location: 80 Glen Hill Drive South
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Health Care Porter to join our dynamic team. This position is a PART TIME - Permanent role. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Exceptional customer service skills,

High quality service and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting, an asset.
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures (Food Handler Certification).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow established routines.
Good physical stamina — able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Passion to maintain Long Term Care policy and procedures including Infection Control, Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS and patient confidentiality standards are complied with.

Experience in a healthcare setting.
