Job Responsibilities

Assist with Educational and Administrative Tasks 教育及行政协助

Collaborate with professional staff to ensure all educational and administrative tasks are completed effectively.

Student Management and Support 学生管理与支持

Communicate with students and parents, provide academic support, and coordinate course schedules.

Application Processing (K-12, University, and Visa) 学校及签证申请

Assist with K-12 and university admission applications, as well as visa procedures.

Manage Social Media Accounts 社交媒体运营

Create engaging content for company social media platforms, helping enhance brand presence and connection with families.

Other Office and Administrative Duties 办公及行政管理

Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

2+ years of prior experience in education or school-related work (marketing, guidance, or administrative).需要有教学或教育机构工作经验。
Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong understanding of student and parent needs.
Must be coachable, teachable, and adaptable.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in digital tools and office systems.
Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience. 要求开车上下班。
