Voltly is hiring experienced HVAC Sales Representatives to handle incoming leads for heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and home energy upgrades across Ontario.
We are looking for true HVAC sales professionals only — individuals with real experience selling residential HVAC systems, financing, rebates, and in-home comfort solutions.
This is NOT an entry-level sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run in-home HVAC sales appointments
- Quote heat pumps, furnaces, ACs, ductless systems, and water heaters
- Educate homeowners on rebates and financing
- Build trust and close deals professionally
- Follow up on leads and maintain pipeline activity
- Coordinate with operations and install teams
Requirements
- Previous HVAC sales experience REQUIRED
- Experience with residential replacement sales
- Strong closing ability
- Knowledge of financing and rebate programs preferred
- Comfortable running appointments independently
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Commission-based with strong earning potential
- Top performers can earn $150,000+ annually
- Bonuses available based on performance
