The Intermediate Technical Analyst provides intermediate-level technical analysis, operational support, and continuous improvement across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and business services to ensure stable, secure, and efficient technology operations.
You will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to support operations, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing enhancements in service delivery.

Provide technical support and analysis to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and enterprise services

Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange environments, and related technologies
-
Analyze incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
-
Participate in IT and business projects, supporting system implementations and enhancements
-
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
-
Maintain accurate documentation, including incident records, technical procedures, and system changes
-
Create and track metrics to support problem identification, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
-
Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver effective service outcomes
-
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
-
Provide rotating after-hours on-call support and weekend coverage as required
What we are looking for…

Minimum of 2 years experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, platforms, and business applications in a mid-sized or large organization
-
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Windows Server environments and Active Directory
-
Microsoft 365 / Exchange administration
-
Incident and problem management processes
-
System monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Change management and access management
-
Experience supporting infrastructure and application environments in a production setting
-
Familiarity with scripting/automation, SQL, cloud services, and IT service management tools is an asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
