Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman/woman to lead and oversee landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full property construction, along with proven supervisory and leadership skills. This role involves managing a team of landscape workers, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction through efficient project execution. The Landscape Foreman/woman will play a vital role in coordinating daily operations, supervising crews, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape maintenance, installation, and construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate daily tasks for crew members, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment related to irrigation systems, gardening tools, and construction materials.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Assist with technical tasks such as grading, water management and landscape design adjustments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
Train and mentor team members to improve skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction techniques.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Masonry, carpentry, interlocking stone, retaining walls, pool install and more
Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in construction related to landscaping projects.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems or plant health.
Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to landscape work environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
