Recruiter (Technical Recruiter - IT/SAP)

Location: Preference is for candidates located in Toronto (Yonge & Sheppard area), with an in-office schedule Monday to Thursday and work-from-home Fridays. We are also open to fully remote candidates based outside of Toronto.

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission, with high performers earning $100,000+ annually.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing. You’ll be speaking with SAP and IT professionals daily, building relationships, and matching them with exciting projects globally.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, referrals, to identify top-tier SAP and IT talent.
Screen, vet, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, looking beyond keywords to understand their experience, goals, and motivations.
Work directly with the leadership team to understand client needs and deliver on challenging searches.
Keep your pipeline sharp while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or commission-driven environment.
Goal-oriented and driven by results.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’re confident speaking with people, ask thoughtful questions, and know how to build trust.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
Bilingual French-English is a strong asset

What we offer:

Base salary + uncapped commission

3 weeks vacation + office closure between Christmas and New Year’s

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M2N 6K1
