Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Director to lead and manage key client accounts within our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering exceptional client service. This role involves overseeing campaign development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with client goals. The Senior Account Director will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital tools to optimize performance and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for key clients, including e-commerce platforms and product launches.
Manage client relationships by providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and performance reports to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Oversee campaign planning and execution across multiple channels such as social media (Facebook Advertising), email marketing, SEO, and paid search.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing platforms such as WordPress, HTML, and Google AdWords to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate efforts across departments including sales, product management, and research teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills

Extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of product management principles within a marketing context.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content review or collaboration.
Technical skills including WordPress management, HTML coding basics, and website optimization techniques.
Excellent research capabilities to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive analysis.
Proven ability in budgeting for campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and team leadership.
