Mr. Mow It All is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Sales & Account Manager to help expand our presence across Toronto and the GTA.
This hybrid role combines business development with client relationship management, with a strong emphasis on generating new business and growing revenue. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, conducting property assessments, preparing proposals, closing contracts, and building long-term relationships with commercial property owners, managers, and facility teams.
In addition to winning new business, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand our landscaping, property maintenance, and snow management services.
Supported by a strong operations team, you'll have the resources needed to focus on what you do best: building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Develop relationships with property managers, condominium managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, business owners, and residential clients
- Conduct onsite meetings, property assessments, and client consultations
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations
- Present and negotiate service agreements
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and growth targets
- Help increase recurring contract revenue and expand market share across all service divisions
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Promote additional services including:
- • Landscape enhancements
- Garden installations and renovations
- Seasonal planting programs
- Property maintenance services
- Snow and ice management programs
- Support client retention and long-term account growth
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications
- Represent the Mr. Mow It All brand with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable spending time in the field meeting clients and prospects
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout Toronto and the GTA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, facilities management, snow removal, or related service industries
- Experience selling recurring service contracts
- Existing relationships within property management, condominium management, commercial real estate, or facilities management sectors

Compensation
Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Plus:
- Uncapped commissions
- Recurring trailing commissions
