LEAD CLIMBER /CREW LEAD — Timberscapes Inc.
If you’re already operating at a high level and want a team that can match your pace, you’ll fit in well here.
We’re looking for a Lead Climber who’s fast, controlled, and confident in any tree — someone who handles technical removals without hesitation, understands rigging inside and out, and can run a crew without needing direction.
When the job gets complicated, you’re the one people rely on to step up and get it done right.
Who We Are
At Timberscapes, we handle tree removals, pruning, planting, maintenance, and plant health care. We care deeply about how the work gets done — safely, efficiently, and to a standard we're proud to put our name on. Culture matters here. We're serious about the work, but we enjoy it too — breakfast meetings, after-work barbecues, and team events are part of how we stay connected and build something solid together.
THE VALUES you’ll need to be in line with:
We have 6 that build our foundation!
SAFETY: Safety comes first, every job, every time. The work we do carries real risk, and it is our responsibility to think ahead, work with discipline, and protect ourselves, our teammates, our clients, and the public. No task is more important than making sure everyone goes home safe.
QUALITY: We take pride in doing the job right. Our work should reflect care, professionalism, and attention to detail from start to finish. When we leave a site, we should be able to look back at it with pride and know we gave our best.
LEAN: We work smarter, not harder. That means staying organized, using our time well, planning ahead, and reducing wasted motion, effort, and confusion. Lean helps us do great work efficiently, without cutting corners on safety or quality.
GRIT: This work is demanding, and grit is what carries us through. We show up ready to work, push through challenges, and keep moving when the job gets tough. Talent matters, but perseverance is what turns potential into results.
LEARN: We are always growing. Every job, every challenge, and every mistake is a chance to improve our skills, knowledge, and judgment. The more we learn, the better we become as individuals, as a team, and as a company.
COMMUNITY: We look out for each other and take care of the people around us. We build a team culture based on respect, accountability, and pride in how we represent Timberscapes. The way we work, speak, and carry ourselves leaves an impact, and that impact should make the whole team proud.
