Key Responsibilities
- Drive to and conduct showings of rental properties across the GTA
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the showing process from inquiry to showings to the application process
- Provide accurate reporting on property activity, showing feedback, and prospective tenant profiles
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective tenants and Landlord team via phone and email
- Maintain professional email etiquette and manage digital correspondence efficiently
- Apply strong attention to detail and logical thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Resides in the Greater Toronto Area with easy access to downtown Toronto
- Reliable transportation and a valid Ontario G Class driver’s licence preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Sound judgment with the ability to assess people and situations objectively
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; calm, professional, and solution-oriented
- Polished, personable, and professional in client-facing settings
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology (training provided)
- Experience in real estate, leasing, hospitality, or sales is an asset but not required
