Warehouse Coordinator / Shop & Logistics Coordinator (HVAC)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are a growing HVAC company seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in HVAC, skilled trades, mechanical systems, or construction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating materials and equipment, maintaining inventory, and supporting our installation and service teams. This is a physically active position requiring initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and material flow
- Load and unload deliveries using forklifts and other equipment
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Track inventory levels and assist with ordering materials and parts
- Maintain accurate records using computer software and spreadsheets
- Process HVAC equipment warranties and manufacturer claims
- Perform pickups and deliveries to job sites, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
- Disassemble and recycle old HVAC equipment as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist field crews and foremen on-site when warehouse workload permits
- Support company training sessions and special events as required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HVAC, mechanical, construction, or trade-related experience preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- WHMIS certification considered an asset
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits
