Full job description

Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a Yonge professional and personable Russian Waitress/Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure accurate food and beverage delivery, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Fluency in Russian is mandatory and experience in food service is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Square POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest inquiries confidently

Qualifications

Speaks Russian Language fluently, Age requirement for age 20 - 30 (Ladies Only)
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment, with a focus on guest services and serving
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English Required for effective guest interaction
Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and cash handling tasks
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not required
A friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
