Overview
Our clients is a growing precision manufacturing company serving a diverse range of industries. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking experienced CNC Operators/Machinists for multiple machining departments.

Temp to Perm.

Positions Available

We are hiring experienced CNC Operators/Machinists for the following equipment:

CNC Lathe
CNC Vertical Mill
CNC Horizontal Mill
CNC Boring Mill
CNC Brake Press

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machinery according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as required.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining/operator experience in one or more of the listed machine categories.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and indicators.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with setup and programming adjustments.
Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls.
Forklift or overhead crane experience is considered an asset.
Trade certification or machining-related education is an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
