Meat Production Clerk
Full-time | Commissary Kitchen (129 Railside Rd)

Now we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team players to join our Commissary team as Meat Production Clerks.

What you’ll do

Prepare and portion raw meats according to recipes and production standards
Marinate, season, and package products for retail and prepared foods
Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
Operate and clean meat processing equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Support daily production targets in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

Comfortable working with raw meat and in a refrigerated environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early morning or afternoon shifts
Previous kitchen, butcher, or production experience is an asset

All entry-level roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
