Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social platforms. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has strong communication skills, and can balance creativity with data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok)
Shoot all content - short and long format
Assist in executing social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community in a timely manner
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
Support campaigns, product launches, and events through social media promotion
Assist in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Experience shooting content
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
