We are seeking a high-performing Digital Product Manager to join our Information Technology team in Toronto. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary advocate for the guest’s digital experience, fueled by a deep passion for data-driven innovation. You will be directly responsible for the commercial success of our digital portfolio, steering products through every phase of the lifecycle, from initial ideation and technical design to build, launch, and continuous optimization.
This position requires a sophisticated blend of technical expertise and business acumen. You will focus intensely on solving complex business challenges and guest needs through technology solutions and integrations that unlock new marketing and commercial opportunities. As a lead for the Martech stream, you will provide critical support for digital products and applications across all guest-facing channels.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse array of platforms, you will help establish a world-class, data-driven foundation for our organization. Working in alignment with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial leadership, you will champion our digital ecosystem and drive the evolution of our guest-centric technology. This role reports directly to the Director, Marketing Technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full accountability for the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle, leading and prioritizing the efforts of cross-functional teams to deliver complex client facing projects.
- Oversee a sophisticated Martech stack, managing technical interdependencies across Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the Prime Travelers Club to ensure seamless data flow.
- Envision and execute a comprehensive product strategy and multi-version roadmap, ensuring all digital initiatives for our websites and mobile app align with global hospitality trends.
- Serve as the lead for data integration and activation, translating strategic priorities into measurable KPIs and conducting rigorous ad-hoc analyses to resolve performance variances.
- Masterfully manage project resources and department budgets to ensure the timely delivery of digital assignments.
- Manage high-level relationships with technology partners and vendors, maintaining total oversight of platform health and service level agreements.
- Act as the internal expert for Martech system governance, driving best practices for data clean-up and maintaining a high-integrity, compliant environment.
- Compile complex business and technical requirements to design scalable architectures, while governing a product backlog that transforms business needs into technical solutions.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in a product management or technical leadership capacity, specifically within a high-velocity, enterprise-level environment.
- Expert-level project management skills with a demonstrated track record of simultaneously overseeing multiple complex assignments and managing budgets.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) is essential; familiarity with web/mobile, CMS/DAM platforms, APIs connections is required.
- Practical experience working with SAP systems and integrations (TMS/PMS) is considered a bonus.
- Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and resolve intricate business challenges through decisive action and collaborative leadership.
- A rigorous, metrics-oriented approach with a sophisticated ability to distill transactional and behavioral datasets into actionable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to deeply understand and articulate the guest perspective, identifying friction points to build impactful use-case scenarios.
- A refined, direct, and concise communication style with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling presentations for senior leadership.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to harmonize relationships across IT, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to achieve shared goals.
