Job Summary
Bayside Salon & Spa is located CF Shops at Don Mills mall. next to the Bridle Path, the most prestigious luxury residential area in Toronto, With convenient transportation, we are easily accessible by bus and subway. Bayside Salon & Spa is a large, full-service salon offering hair, nail, beauty, and medical aesthetic services, covering an area of 5,700 square feet with luxurious décor, providing our staff with the best working experience. Our clientele is of high caliber and offers generous tips. Our mission is to create an excellent working environment for our employees while helping them achieve higher income. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Register Massage Therapist Cosmetologist Esthetician to join our wellness team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans based on their specific requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including medical history and treatment outcomes.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Experience

License
Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset to effectively communicate with clients about their health concerns.
Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment options and address client inquiries.
