Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent (Night Audit)

Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora

Schedule: Part-time position with flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.

As a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent (Night Audit), you are the face of our hotel and play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring accurate overnight auditing procedures when scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Ensure efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out experiences.
Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations via phone, email, and in person.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Resolve guest issues independently or escalate them to management when appropriate.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Complete night audit procedures and daily reporting as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel management systems.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as required.
