Duties

Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
Restock supplies such as utensils, ingredients, and cleaning materials as needed to keep the kitchen fully operational.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and accidents.
Assist with general hospitality duties like setting up dining areas or helping serve guests when required.

Skills

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and food safety standards.
