We also started a sock division which we import and export over 700 sock sku's.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Perri's Corp. Based in Concord, this role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
Manage supply chain logistics and inventory levels.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Lead, motivate, and develop staff within the operations department.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
ERP Experience min 3 years preferably Epicor
Experience in manufacturing 3 years minimum
Experience in Operations Manager role for over 3 years
Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
Ability to implement process improvements.
Effective communication skills in English.
