We are seeking an orthodontist who
· Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team and embraces a comprehensive care model
· Has experience in craniofacial development, guided growth, and airway-focused orthodontic treatment
· Values exceptional patient experience and demonstrates strong, empathetic chairside communication skills
· Is aligned with modern orthodontic philosophies including early intervention and functional outcomes
· Is comfortable collaborating with hygienists, general dentists, and airway providers in a co-diagnosis environment
Clinical Scope & Focus
· Growth modification and early interceptive orthodontics
· Airway-centered treatment planning
· Integration with orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT) programs
· Invisalign and digital orthodontic workflows
· Collaborative treatment planning with restorative and surgical teams

Requirements
· Board-Certified Orthodontist (Canada)
· Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
· Strong interest or experience in airway orthodontics and guided growth
· Excellent communication and case presentation skills
