Full-Time Driver / Landscape & Snow Removal Operator

Extra Property Care is a growing property maintenance company providing professional landscaping and winter maintenance services throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service to our residential, commercial, and condominium clients. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team for a full-time, year-round position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with a valid Ontario Full G driver's licence to operate company vehicles and assist with both summer landscaping and winter snow removal operations.

This is a year-round position, with responsibilities changing seasonally.

Summer Responsibilities

Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
Perform lawn maintenance, trimming, edging, and property cleanups.
Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and general property maintenance.
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Complete daily inspections and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

Winter Responsibilities

Operate pickup trucks equipped with snow plows and salt spreaders.
Assist with sidewalk clearing using snow blowers and shovels.
Apply de-icing materials as required.
Respond to snow events during daytime, overnight, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Perform equipment inspections before and after each shift.

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Full G Driver's Licence (required).
Clean driver's abstract.
Experience driving pickup trucks with trailers is considered an asset.
Previous landscaping or snow removal experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays during the winter season.
