Compensation: $60,000-$120,000/year

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing customers with information regarding vehicles for sale;
- Completing sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services;
- Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale;
- Penetrating all targeted accounts and radiating sales from within the client base;
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers;
- Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quoting prices, discussing credit terms, and preparing sales order forms and/or reports;
- Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
- Generating and developing new customer accounts;
- Always maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner;
- Using marketing data using applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness;
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation;
- Providing financial information regarding lease and finance rates;
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research;
- Utilizing internet leads to generate sales;
- Selling Extended Service Contracts to service customers in the service drive-thru;
- Performing administrative duties as per the Sales Manager;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
OMVIC license is required
The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
You are self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills;
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
Excellent listening skills;
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
Valid Drivers License and good driving record;
Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License, is able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
