Role: Project Manager (Out-of-Aisle Display)
Position Type: 6-month contract/Full-time
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $75,000 to $80,000/Annually
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager, Out-of-Aisle Displays to oversee the execution of in-store display projects. This role is dedicated to managing project timelines, budgets, workflows, and overall delivery to ensure successful retail activations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of out-of-aisle (OOA) display programs at mass retailers, serving as the main point of coordination between vendors and internal teams.
Here are all the key responsibilities consolidated:
- Manage end-to-end execution of out-of-aisle display projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Gather, define, and document project requirements, including structure, product assortment, and item selection.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timelines are met, retailer requirements are followed, and prototype feedback and approvals are properly managed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and vendor records.
- Act as the primary liaison across internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Track project milestones, lead status meetings, and ensure accountability for deadlines across teams.
- Manage project tracking systems, intake forms, and organize all project-related assets.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and routing of display requests.
- Manage production timelines for sales tools, sell sheets, and presentation materials.
- Handle procurement activities, including purchase order creation, purchase record management, and vendor payment tracking.
- Coordinate physical sample requests and manage associated logistics and deliveries.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management (retail or manufacturing)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, MS Planner).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams.
- Experience consolidating and managing feedback on physical product/display prototypes.
- Preferred: Background in retail project management or physical display development.
- Preferred: Familiarity with corrugated packaging manufacturing and international vendor management.
- Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
The indicated pay range is a good‑faith estimate based on required qualifications, experience, training, and other factors permitted by law. It reflects the pay band established by the client company. Actual offers may vary depending on skills, experience, geographic location, and expected work quality.
