Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join one of our client's corrugated packaging manufacturing team in Concord. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Concord, ON
Schedule: Day Shift, Afternoon Shift

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor corrugated manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements and specifications.
Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to work day and afternoon shifts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift experience or certification is an asset.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
