Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to lead and manage complex engineering projects across various disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions.
Oversee construction management activities, including site inspections, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
Develop detailed project schematics, drawings, and system designs utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and Schematics tools.
Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to support project budgets.
Utilize GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and GIS-related software for spatial analysis and land surveying tasks.
Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis using HEC, SWMM, Hydraulics software, and Water/Wastewater treatment design tools.
Manage project documentation including technical writing, reports, and drafting specifications.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on project engineering tasks related to pipeline design, geotechnical engineering, land surveying, and system design.
Ensure adherence to project schedules using project management methodologies and tools like Bluebeam for document review.
Facilitate construction inspection activities to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in construction management, project engineering, or related roles within infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, ArcGIS, HEC software suite (HEC-RAS), Mathcad, System Design tools, SWMM, and other relevant CAD/drafting applications.
Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, hydraulics systems, water/wastewater treatment processes.
Experience in construction estimating and scheduling using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam.
Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and schematic documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. This position is integral to advancing our infrastructure initiatives through innovative engineering solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality assurance.
