The Opportunity
You will join a multidisciplinary clinical team providing comprehensive psychiatric care across a diverse patient population. The role offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to develop your own area of clinical interest within a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, including pharmacological and therapeutic interventions
- Provide ongoing psychiatric care and follow-up for patients
- Work collaboratively with family physicians, psychologists, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Option to develop specialist interests (e.g. addiction, ADHD, mood disorders, or psychotherapy)

Candidate Requirements
- Specialist qualification in Psychiatry
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
- Experience in outpatient or community psychiatry preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
