Where You’ll Add Value
We are looking for a Student Intern to join our Property Management team at 35 Thorncliffe Park Dr, East York, ON M4H 1J3.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Assist with conducting apartment showings and responding to leasing inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and tenant files
Prepare leasing documents, notices, and general correspondence
Manage scheduling for showings, and appointments
Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks

Hourly Wage: $18.00-$20.00/hr.
