JOB SUMMARY
REMAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. is seeking a Marketing & AI Integrator / Integration Lead to lead the brokerage's digital marketing and content operations. This is a marketing-forward role focused on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, and social), producing on-brand content, and using AI and automation tools to streamline content production, campaign operations, and reporting. The position also coordinates cross-departmental projects, supports agent-recruitment marketing, and plans and coordinates marketing for company events. The successful candidate combines strong marketing and analytics skills with hands-on content creation and a working fluency in modern AI-assisted workflows.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital media and marketing
- Publish content daily across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, tailored to each platform's specifications.
- Manage the full content lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, writing, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
- Create, edit, and post short-form and long-form video content, including reels, stories, YouTube Shorts, and livestreams; transcribe video/audio content for captions and posts.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and public interactions.
- Produce and distribute the weekly "Hot News" newsletter, including copywriting, formatting, and scheduling.
- Use content management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Metricool, and Loomly.
Marketing strategy and campaigns
- Plan, build, and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and email, aligned to brand strategy and business goals.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), including audience targeting, A/B testing, budget pacing, and ROI/ROAS reporting.
- Develop marketing and outreach campaigns that support agent recruitment and lead generation, and track pipeline and conversion performance.
- Own brand storytelling and messaging consistency across all channels and marketing collateral.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance, translate data into actionable insight, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Use ReDatum to pull real estate market and brokerage data and build regular performance, market, and activity reports for leadership and agents.
AI-assisted workflows and automation
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline content production, campaign operations, and reporting — for example workflow/agent-automation platforms such as Gumloop and n8n.
- Build and ship lightweight internal tools, landing pages, and prototypes using AI app builders and deployment platforms such as Lovable, Replit, Base44, v0, and Vercel.
- Apply AI assistants (e.g., Claude / Claude Code, ChatGPT) for copywriting, content repurposing, research, and building lightweight internal tools, automations, and API integrations.
- Use AI-assisted design and video tools (e.g., HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut) to accelerate creative and avatar/video production while maintaining brand standards.
- Identify and pilot new AI tools and automations that improve marketing efficiency and output quality.
Project coordination and communications
- Coordinate timelines, workflows, budgets, and cross-functional communication to deliver projects on schedule and on-brand.
- Draft, prepare, and distribute internal communications on behalf of the leadership team, and follow up on approvals, deliverables, and action items across departments.
- Support executive calendar and meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Identify issues proactively, assist in problem-solving, and escalate matters to operations when appropriate.
CRM and systems administration
- Maintain the company's CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss): add and remove agents, and input and assign leads by geographic region from sources such as the company website.
- Maintain accuracy and organization within CRM systems to support management and leadership functions.
- Support promotional and educational content projects and provide agents with general guidance on platform features and content creation.
EDUCATION
- College/CEGEP diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design, public relations, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or marketing coordination.
- Experience marketing events and managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND SPECIALIZATION
- Digital marketing and multi-channel campaign management across paid, organic, email, and social.
- Paid media setup and optimization (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with performance/ROI reporting.
- Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Photo and video production and editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- Marketing analytics and reporting: interpreting campaign data, reporting on KPIs, and building reports using platforms such as ReDatum.
- Comfort using AI and automation tools in day-to-day marketing and content workflows.
- Project and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) and CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss).
ASSETS (AN ADVANTAGE, NOT REQUIRED)
- Hands-on experience with AI workflow/automation platforms such as Gumloop or n8n.
- Experience with AI app/prototype builders and deployment platforms such as Lovable, Replit, Base44, v0, and Vercel.
- Experience using AI assistants such as Claude / Claude Code or ChatGPT for content, automation, or lightweight internal tools and API integrations.
- Experience with AI-assisted design/video tools such as HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI.
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing-automation platforms and basic SEO.
