First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000

Wagonmaster Group is the exclusive Canadian distributor of BG Products.
We're looking for an experienced Regional Field Sales Director to replace a long-standing leader who is retiring after a successful career with our organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching sales reps in the field, developing people, growing territories, and building strong customer relationships.
Before You Apply
To be considered, you must have:
- At least 5 years managing quota-carrying outside B2B field sales representatives
- Regular experience conducting ride-a longs, field coaching, territory reviews and pipeline reviews
- Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams
- Automotive aftermarket, OEM, heavy-duty, fleet, lubricants, parts, commercial vehicle, or related automotive industry experience
- Residence within the GTA

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and mentor Business Developers across Ontario
- Conduct regular ride-a longs and field coaching
- Drive accountability through KPIs, CRM discipline and performance reviews
- Support territory growth and new business development
- Assist Business Developers on key customer opportunities
- Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent
- Forecast regional sales performance and report to executive leadership
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have experience leading field sales teams within one or more of the following industries:
- Automotive Aftermarket
- Automotive OEM
- Heavy-Duty Truck
- Fleet Services
- Automotive Parts
- Lubricants & Chemicals
- Industrial Distribution
- Commercial Vehicle
A passion for the automotive industry is considered a strong asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
- CRM experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid passport with ability to travel to the United States
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
