Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and passionate rehabilitation practitioners (Chiropractors) who are looking to start or expand their own businesses. As a practitioner at Sumu Rehab Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a fully equipped, professional environment that caters to the needs of your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage your own practice within Sumu Rehab Clinic.
2. Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients, including assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
3. Collaborate with our team of massage therapists to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment notes.
5. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with your respective licensing board and regulatory body.
6. Promote your services within the clinic and build a strong client base.
7. Network with other healthcare professionals and local communities to expand your referral network.
8. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
Qualifications:
1. Valid and current professional license as a Chiropractor.
2. Liability insurance coverage.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Dedication to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
5. Ability to work independently and manage your own practice.
6. Willingness to collaborate with other practitioners within the clinic.
7. Business acumen and a desire to build and promote your own practice.
