As a Painter, you'll work on a variety of residential interior and exterior projects, supporting your Crew Lead to ensure each job is completed with care, quality, and efficiency. You'll be expected to show initiative, work well in a team, and take pride in the final product.

Responsibilities

Surface preparation: sanding, patching, caulking, masking, priming
Cutting-in, rolling, brushing, and (if experienced) spraying
Follow the direction from the Crew Lead to execute the project plans
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Use company equipment and tools properly and responsibly
Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience

Qualifications

2 or more years of professional painting experience
Be able to provide references supporting your past professional painting experience
Knowledge of tools, products, and painting techniques
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

Full time position
Competitive salary/hourly rate at CA$25 to CA$28, depending on experience. Realistic earning potentials of $65,000 - $85,000
