Brooklin Optometric Centre is looking for a part-time Optometric Assistant to join our compassionate and patient-focused team.

This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in optometry while gaining experience in both the clinical and optical sides of patient care. Whether you have previous experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Perform pre-testing, visual fields, and contact lens training.
Assist patients with frame selection and lifestyle-based lens recommendations.
Take optical measurements and assist with eyewear dispensing.
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process insurance claims.
Maintain accurate patient records and support daily clinic operations.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Who You Are

Qualifications

Optical, optometry, or medical office experience is an asset but not required.
Retail or customer service experience is highly valued
