Windsports Sales Associate Position
Northline Sports Store (Home of Boardsports & Sport Swap) is looking for Sales Associates for the summer season. Must be familiar in *WINDSPORTS*: Windsurfing, kiteboarding, and wingfoiling
Requirements:
· Preference for FullTime (35-40hr/week)
· Passion/love/enthusiasm for windsurfing, kiteboard, and/or wingfoiling.
· Intermediate to advanced windsport skills
· Strong customer service/people skills
· Enjoys working within a team environment.
· Must be available to work evenings and weekends
· Must be available to work the entire summer: present until September 2026.
· Windsurf/Kite/Wing Rigging experience is an asset
· Kiteboarding, windsurfing , wing-foiling as well as... wakeboarding, waterskiing, biking, and skateboarding experience is an asset.
· No previous retail experience is required.
Responsibilities:
· Keep customers excited about windsports. This includes providing product knowledge, relating personal experiences, and assisting customers.
· Process cashier transactions, stock the sales floor, build and maintain visual displays.
· Help ship customer phone and online orders.
· Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Wage rate will depend on experience, knowledge and ability to help customers.
