WQS Industrial Services Ltd. is now recruiting IRATA Certified, Journeyman & Apprentice Insulators for the 2026 Fall Turnaround Season, with major projects in Fort McMurray and Edmonton regions. Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off - 12-hour days. Pre-work schedule may vary.
Anticipated Turnaround Duration: August 2026 - October 2026.
Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $67.00
Additional Information: Flights and Camp are company provided. Competitive Local Incentive Program (LIP) available to IRATA Level 3 employees local to Fort McMurray.
What You Will Bring
- Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification, or an interest in obtaining IRATA Certification is required.
- Registered Apprentice or Journeyman Insulator certification required. Non-ticketed Insulators are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
- Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, Common Safety Orientation & Confined Space Certification are a bonus.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
