Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our vibrant online retail team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our digital storefronts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers worldwide. Your expertise in digital marketing, website management, and creative design will drive traffic, enhance user engagement, and boost sales. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced e-commerce environment while contributing to innovative online strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, updates, and inventory synchronization using WordPress and SQL databases.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic through keyword research and content optimization.
Design compelling graphics and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices to enhance product pages and marketing campaigns.
Execute targeted advertising campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), and Google Analytics to maximize reach and ROI.
Optimize website performance by editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to improve user experience, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Conduct data analysis using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales trends for continuous improvement.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives by creating engaging newsletters and promotional emails that drive customer engagement and retention.
Perform keyword research to identify high-impact search terms that align with product offerings and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of online retail platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Ads/Google AdWords campaigns, and Google Analytics analysis.
Skilled in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Advertising for targeted audience outreach.
Knowledge of email marketing strategies using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools to engage customers effectively.
Ability to analyze data insights from analytics tools to inform strategic decisions that enhance online sales performance.
