Job Title: Sales Representative - Kubota Equipment

Location: Sunderland, ON

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Kubota and other related equipment to a diverse customer base, including farmers, commercial businesses, and homeowners. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on Kubota, Great Plains, and other related equipment.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

MUST have agricultural equipment or construction equipment operation or sales experience.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or equipment industry. An understanding of AG is a must.
Strong understanding of Kubota products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
